Gifting himself a session

There’s something incredibly powerful about giving yourself permission to celebrate who you are, and that’s exactly what Marcus did. A young and successful businessman with a magnetic presence, Marcus booked himself a boudoir session with us as an early Christmas gift—and let’s just say, he absolutely owned it. We chose a sleek, light-filled serviced apartment in Melbourne’s CBD for the session, with sweeping views and crisp white linen that made for the perfect blend of sophistication and sensuality. The contrast of cityscape outside and soft textures inside gave us a playground of light and mood to work with—and Marcus came ready to play.

Like most people, Marcus arrived with a touch of nervous energy (which is completely normal, by the way—being in front of the camera in your underwear is no small thing!). But once we started with a few strong, traditional masculine poses, that confidence of his started to shine. It was such a beautiful transformation to witness—this gentle unraveling of tension, this shift into self-assurance. The moment his shirt came off and his incredible tattoos came into view, there was a palpable change in the air. The ink told stories of his Greek heritage—strength, pride, family, culture—and the photos began to reflect a deeper kind of intimacy. Not just sexy, but sacred. Not just posed, but powerful.

Marcus chose to purchase the entire gallery from his session, and it was no surprise to us when he requested the full set in black and white. There’s something timeless and unapologetically sexy about stripping colour away and letting light, shadow, and form do the talking. The final images are bold, masculine, and tender all at once—a true reflection of who Marcus is. Boudoir isn’t just for women, and it’s not just about seduction. It’s about confidence, connection, and capturing the fire that lives in all of us. Marcus reminded us of that in the most unforgettable way.
